Hi, I’m Lizzy - strength and conditioning coach for dancers.
I started ballet as a teenager and faced the same challenges many dancers do: recurring injuries, slow progress, and goals - like higher extensions or stronger pirouettes - that always felt out of reach.
Now, I help dancers bridge the gap between traditional technique training and evidence-based strength and conditioning. My mission is to make high-quality, accessible training resources available to dancers everywhere, so you can build a resilient body, level up your skills, and dance with confidence.
